Warm-Up

2 rounds

20 Band Pull Aparts

10 Single Leg V-Ups each side

10 Band Overhead Squats

Workout

Reverse Lunges  3x15 each leg

Seated Band Row 3x20

Band Pallof Press 3x12 each side

Band Bicep Curl 3x20

Band Tricep Extension 3x20

Throw it an extra round of each if you’re feeling it!
