20 Glute Bridges

5 Inch Worms

Workout

10 of each, 9 of each, 8 of each, 7… All the way down to 1 of each.

Pushups

Sit-ups

Squats

Without resting, go back and perform 9 of each exercise, then 8, then 7, etc…
