Warm-Up

2 rounds

10 Lunge + Reach

10 Sit Outs each side

15 Hollow Flutter Kicks each leg

Workout

For 20 minutes, complete as many rounds of the following while resting as needed.

10 Burpees

10 Single Leg RDL each leg

10 V-ups

10 Squat Jumps

20 Jumping Jacks

After 20 minutes is up, rest 2-3 minutes and perform one set of as many reps as possible of

Pushups
