Quarantine Quickies

As we all know, our world as we know it has been flipped upside down. Fear not, we’ve found the perfect solution for all the newfound time on your hands!

If Socrates were alive during these unprecedented times, we assume he would have said “No man [or woman] has the right to be an amateur in the matter of [Quarantine] training. It is a shame for a man [or woman] to grow old without seeing the [Jacked] and [Tanned] of which his body is capable.” We couldn’t agree more. 

We’re proud to introduce Quarantine Quickies! A simple, free eBook available for download that details three workouts requiring no equipment, along with a bonus “loaded” workout for those with minimal equipment at home. Lastly, a brutal finisher strongly recommended, but not for the faint of heart.

Give these a shot at home this week. We recommend simple sugars for post-workout consumption so as to not miss the “anabolic window” we all know and love. If you don’t have any Costco sized bags of dextrose laying around, donuts should suffice (can confirm).
