Gym Twelve was created to highlight the best people, places, and activities the DFW area has to offer. To create a pathway for you to access them, and surround you with a community that empowers you to do what you’ve always wanted to.

We believe a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be dependent on how much weight you lift, but rather the company your surround yourself with.

What We’re ABOUt

Putting you in your element

We offer weekly workouts that are community driven and created for anyone looking to expand their view of fitness.

We provide personal and semi-personal private training designed for those looking for a custom tailored individualized approach.

The term “workout” is subjective. We all have different goals, and we all have a different history. What we share is this world we live in and the surrounding areas.

We’re committed to showing our community what is also OUTSIDE the gym that will drive progress as much, if not more, than inside the gym.

We want to build strength within you, strength in our community, and above all have fun throughout the process.
