Quarantine Quickies VOL.5

One week further in, and one week to go!

Comin’ in hot this week is Shawn Fitzmaurice and his chest of steel to give you all the sweaty goodness you could ask for. Shawn is an incredible trainer who has an extensive background working with spinal cord injuries and loves to put a twist on traditional movements.

Don’t worry about trying to get a chest like Shawn’s, it’s virtually impossible.

Keep in mind, this weeks workout is designed to be completed by any and all of you who have a body, which we’d imagine is all of you.

Remember, “Everything you’ve ever wanted is on the other side of [Quarantine Quickies].”

Our challenging finisher requires an empty field and a tractor tire. If neither of those is available feel free to sub the tire with your nearest table. We hear those love being flipped.
