Quarantine Quickies VOL.4

Over the hump and back at it again with the latter half of our 6 week program.

This weeks features a dually inspired theme. Comin’ in hot is our good friend Lawrence Green, double amputee. He assured us that his lack of leg was no match for his hunger for fitness so we put him to work.

Unrelated to Lawrence’s moves at parties, we decided to add a dance workout inspired and modeled by Tina Tobias, Master of dance.

Keep in mind, this weeks workout is designed to be completed by any and all of you who have a body, which we’d imagine is all of you.

“I can't change the direction of the [Quarantine], but I can adjust my sails to always reach [becoming Jacked and Tan].”

Our challenging finisher is guaranteed to bring out the Maverick in us all.
