When It Gets Tough

Do Whatever It Takes

You won’t always want to

It won’t always be convenient, and it damn sure won't always be easy.

Life has a way of sweeping your feet out from under you.

It happens to the best of us, and it’s important to be present in both the highs and the lows.

But that does not mean you get to give up.

There will be days when you don’t show up

When you don’t do what you know you need to, and that’s okay.

But that does not make you better.

Be Intentional

With how you learn from each end of the spectrum.

Use the days you get it done to motivate you, and encourage you, and hold you accountable. Remember what it felt like

Use the days you don’t to get to know yourself, ask yourself questions, to give yourself grace.

Let each experience bring you closer to consistency.

Minimize the lows and maximize the highs.

Absorb what is useful, reject what is useless, add what is essentially your own

Adapt and overcome.
