Private training and semi-private (2-4 people) is based entirely on relationship. Within a few weeks we will work together to get to know you, dive into what it’s going to take to achieve your goals, and ultimately empower you to take charge of your own progress.
It has never been our goal to have you rely solely on a trainer to get better. The perfect program should not only prove to you that you are making progress, while keeping you safe, but also help you move towards more independence in your workouts and lifestyle.
